How long does a full wash take?
It depends on the size of the car and on what is included. You are told how long it will take when the car comes in, before any work starts.
Will polishing remove every scratch?
Polishing takes out light swirls and dull, oxidised paint. Scratches that go through the clear coat need bodywork, and you are told before we start if that is the case.
Which oil do you use for lubrication?
The grade listed in your car's manual. If you prefer a particular brand, mention it when you get in touch.
